We have a variety of shipping options to choose from at the checkout, if your ordering a gold item or your order is over 400 pounds please choose the royal mail special delivery service for this as this is fully guaranteed for higher value orders.
We will send out collection packs once orders are placed, if your using multiple ashes or hair please add a comment at the checkout for extra bags to be added or only one bag will be sent out. All items can include Pet cremation ashes, or human ashes, hair or fur. All ashes jewellery is stamped and certified.
Speedy service comes with special delivery only as this is the only way to guarantee a specific date to our customers needing there products quicker. For speedy service orders please contact us before ordering so we can agree on a guaranteed date that you require your order for.

Due to the nature of the items we offer, unfortunately we hold a no returns policy, this is because once your orders placed your jewellery/item will start to be expertly made ready for your inclusion to be added when we receive this. If you have any problem with your item please contact us we are always happy to help. If you receive your item and simply don't like this or it does not fit then we do not offer exchanges either, please make sure you order the correct size ring as these can not be changed after you receive your order its the customers responsibility to make sure you have told us the correct size needed, we can send a ring sizer out with your pack if needed, please select this instead of a ring size when ordering, if you are still unsure of your size with the guide please visit your nearest jewellers and they will be able to size any finger for you.
