How It Works

Once an order is placed via our website or Facebook page we will send out your collection pack with royal mail second class, this will include everything you need to enclose the correct amount of ashes or hair and return to ourselves. We recommend sending tracked and signed because if your inclusion goes missing we have a no returns policy.

Don't rush in returning this to us if you feel its over whelming we know how difficult this process is to go through for many people. Please make sure you have access to ashes or hair before placing an order as we have a no refunds policy. 

Once we receive your inclusion back to us we will send you a confirmation email to let you know they have arrived safely and your order will begin. Orders take 3 to 7 weeks for completion depending on the item ordered gold items are custom made and made to order so can take upto 10 weeks from receiving your inclusion.

We offer a selection of different postage options, when ordering gold we always recommend special delivery because its covered for up to 500pounds. Speedy service is £30, this includes special delivery. All our orders are tracked and signed royal mail delivery. If you prefer collection please contact us first. Second class postage is only insured for up to £50 please remember this when choosing your postage option.

Please do not add this service without prior permission as it may not be possible to speed up your order, this depends on how many we currently have in the speedy service. The charge for this service is £30 for your total order and includes special delivery via royal mail.

This is a non-refundable service, its the customers responsibility to contact us prior to adding this service on and agreement of dates for getting your inclusion to us, if we have agreed to this service and you do not get your inclusion to us in the agreed time frame we may not be able to give the specified speedy service and we will also not refund for this. Depending on how quick you require your order we may ask that you send us your inclusion directly without an inclusion pack being sent out, and you will require to know your ring size prior to this also.

Caring for your finished jewellery, once you have your jewellery these items still need to be cared for, please remove these when using any chemicals, using hot tubs and swimming pools, genuine sterling silver does tarnish when in contact with certain chemicals, this can be easily polished with a silver polishing cloth. Jewellery is covered for 1 year and this covers fault of the jewellery not loss or damage.

Diamond dust is and added extra, we add this in between the layers of the ashes or hair and not just on the top so you get a lot more sparkle, this is genuine diamonds crushed to form a dust and sparkles in the light. The diamond dust looks exceptional inside ashes rings and pendants, the bigger the stone on the item the more diamond dust and sparkle you will see.
