How It Works

 Once an order is placed via our website or Facebook page please send us your inclusion directly, we only need 1 tea spoon of ashes per 5 items ordered or approx 7 strands of hair, if you add a collection pack on we will post this 48hr tracked via royal mail. We recommend sending tracked and signed or
special delivery because if your inclusion goes missing we have a no
returns policy. 

 Don't rush in returning this to us if you feel its over whelming
we know how difficult the process of getting memorial jewellery is to go
through for many people. Please make sure you have access to ashes or
hair before placing an order as we have a no refunds policy.  

Once we recieve your inclusion one of our team will send you an email to notify you that they have been recieved safely at our end, the order time process starts from when we recieve your inclusion not from the date of the order being made.

All our jewellery is made to order, once your order is placed your silver or gold jewellery begins being made, if you request a ring sizer we wont begin making your jewellery until we have confirmation of your size.

There may be a longer timescale for your order is we are waiting too long to recieve confirmation of your ring size, these are all made to order individually so please email us your required size as soon as you know to avoid further delay to your order.

We do stock some jewellery and these can be viewed by appointment only.

All jewellery comes with a 1 year guarntee from our supplier, this does not cover loss or damage caused by the customer, this covers jewellery faults only. We dont offer any guarntee on our chains unless faulty when you first recieve the item.

 We offer a selection of different postage options, when ordering
gold we always recommend special delivery because its covered for up to
your  total order amount. Speedy service is £30, this includes special delivery.(please contact before choosing this service) All our orders are tracked and signed royal mail delivery. If  you prefer
collection please contact us first and we can arrange for drop off and collection. 

We offer FREE tracked delivery for all orders, if you need a collection pack please add this on to your order, you only need 1 collection pack for your whole order.

Need your order sooner than the current estimated lead time?

Contact us with the items and the date needed for to see if its possible to speed up your order.Please
do not add this service without prior permission as it may not be
possible to speed up your order, this depends on how many we currently
have in the speedy service. The charge for this service is £30 for your
total  order and includes special delivery via royal mail.This is a  non-refundable service, its the customers responsibility to contact us  prior to adding this service on and agreement of dates for getting your  inclusion to us, if we have agreed to this service and you do not get  your inclusion to us in the agreed time frame we may not be able to give  the specified speedy service and we will also not refund for this.  Depending on how quick you require your order we may ask that
you send us your inclusion directly without an inclusion pack being sent
out, and you will require to know your ring size prior to this also.
